I, chef and founder of Chef Story, learned from a young age to prepare Ragù alla Bolognese from my grandmother from Emilia-Romagna. For example, I tested the influence of chefs from different nationalities in many Michelin-starred restaurants. Description

A traditional Ragù alla Bolognese, also known as Bolognese sauce, is a meat sauce that originated in Bologna, Italy. It is made with minced beef and pork, finely chopped onions, celery, carrots, tomato pulp and wine.

The rich and flavorful sauce is created by simmering the ingredients for several hours. This sauce is usually served with different pasta varieties such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, pici, maccheroni, and so on. The dish in which the sauce is used most is the Lasagna alla Bolognese.
